4ASD Kids Weekend - Final Report
4 ASD Kids is a not- for-profit organisation dedicated to raising money to support children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorders so they may receive the treatment that can provide them with the best chance of a normal life. The charity was founded by dual international rugby player, Mat Rogers and his media identity wife, Chloe Maxwell in 2009 after they went public about their son’s battle with Autism.
The 4 ASD Kids Weekend at Salt Village involved a jam-packed calendar of fund-raising events including a gala charity function, a celebrity golf day, a pool party, ladies’ brunch, a fishing expedition with Paul Burt, beach and tennis activities, premium live entertainment, fireworks and a strong celebrity contingent including Jon Stevens, Charlotte Dawson, Corrine Grant, Mick Doohan, Karmichael Hunt and Greg Bird. This energy filled and fun weekend provided the platform to raise well in excess of $200,000 for 4ASD Kids.

Audi Centre Gold Coast were instrumental in the success of this year’s campaign putting their weight behind the Christmas 4 ASD Kids fundraising campaign that provided local businesses and supporters with a 1 in 100 chance to win a brand new Audi A1 for Christmas. Generous supporters paid $1,000 each for their ticket in the draw ….some bought several tickets. The lucky winner of this amazing prize was local man, Russel Jacka who picked up his new Audi A1 this month, “We bought a ticket for a great cause and who would’ve thought we would win an Audi – unbelievable!”
“We are blessed to have the support of Audi Centre Gold Coast without whom we wouldn’t have generated such a wonderful event and fundraising campaign” said Mat Rogers.
