My name is Noel McBeath and we have just taken delivery of a Hyundai I30CW Sportswagon which is to be my wife Robyn’s vehicle.

I would like to tell you how very impressed we both were with the professionalism of your sales consultant Lyndon Andrews.

Lyndon is a pleasant, intelligent young man who has looked after our needs and made the purchase of this vehicle an easy transaction.

When we arrived to take delivery he took the time to go through everything with us and made sure we understood all of the documentation.

Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to you to tell you about a wonderful customer service experience I had at you service department recently.
I was about to leave to drive to Port Macquarie when I noticed the indicator on my new Jeep telling me that the front left
tyre was loosing pressure. After inspecting the wheel and not being able to find a puncture I drove to your dealership at
Southport and was greeted by Jackie Polichronis in the service department.

She was very helpful and courteous, (and) Jackie informed me that she would speak to the relevant service department to see if they could assist me. She also explained to me that they where very busy with cars that had been booked in for service but would see what they could do. I then was introduced to a gentleman called Greg Sallaway who I later discovered was the manager from the tyre department. Greg was so friendly and helpful even though it was quite obvious he was very busy. He explained to me that he would remove the wheel and inspect the tyre for damage and get me on the road as soon as possible which he did after finding a nail in the tyre. He then fixed the puncture and then checked all my wheels and tyre pressure.

I was in and out in about 45 mins and on my way.

Although Greg was only doing his job, I would like to say how friendly and how helpful he was, under the circumstances I
truly expected to have a long wait but that was not the case. And I would also like to add that on the few times I have had my new vehicle at your premises for service all your team have been fantastic and outstanding for customer service.
