  Located in Southport, one of South East Queensland's fastest growing regions, along with Tweed, Nerang and Lismore this dealer group has a commitment to preserve friendly "Old Fashioned Service" which has underpinned their position as a Dealer of Choice for over 26 years.

  Now currently recruiting a motivated and professional Service Advisor to join their Hyundai Team at the Southport location. 

  To be successful you will have:

  •Excellent customer service, sales and negotiation skills
  •Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  •Experience in Service Department KPIs and with Pentana Solutions (ERAnet, Reynolds & Reynolds)
  •Good knowledge and understanding of modern automotive systems
  •Present professionally
  •Team player and pro-active thinking
  •Current Manual Drivers Licence
   

  What the role entails:

  •Improving and maintaining a high level of productivity whilst maintaining an exceptional standard of customer service and workmanship 
  •Providing professional customer advice and selling service, parts and accessories
  •Total customer satisfaction with explanation of invoices and proper handover of the vehicle
