Located in Tweed Heads, along with Southport, Nerang, Arundel and Lismore, James Frizelle's commitment to preserve friendly "Old Fashioned Service" has underpinned our position as a Dealer of Choice for over 26 years.
We are currently recruiting a motivated and professional Service Manager to lead their Tweed Heads Team. The Manager will concentrate on Workshop activity and have a fulltime administrative team allowing for flow and productivity.
We are looking for:
- A high level knowledge of service department processes, policies and procedures
- An interactive Manager interdependantly communicating with the Workshop service staff
- Leadership capability underpinned by several years experience
- Multiple franchise experience
- Automotive trade qualification
- Excellent customer service with well developed communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in Service Department KPIs with great time management skills
- Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds)
- Current Manual Driver's Licence
- Leading a team of qualified technicians, apprentices and service advisors to optimise service deliver for our customers
- Ensuring all work is carried out to meet manufacturer benchmarks (fix it right first time)
- Operating service booking to a capacity to ensure all Dealer/Manufacturer targets are met
- Setting and obtaining service sales and profit objectives
- Controlling department expenditure and maximising profitability
- Ensuring all franchise Benchmarks are met and exceeded
- A remuneration package commensurate with experience and capability
- An experienced General Manager to provide support, advice and direction as required
